High Nickel Alloy forged fittings
Forged fittings are used to connect pipes, pumps, valves and other objects with each other in a piping network, It is widely used in many industries. Forged fittings are of two types namely socket weld fitting and threaded fittings. Threaded fittings are screwed onto the pipes, whereas socket weld fittings are welded to the pipes through filet welds.

Inconel Forged fittings: These fittings provide resistance from a wide range of corrosive media. These fittings are non-magnetic and have excellent mechanical properties. With good weldability and higher strength these fittings are applicable in a wide range of temperatures and environment.
Incoloy Forged fittings: These fittings have competence to perform in high temperature conditions. Incoloy prevents forged fittings from carburization and oxidation. It also has good-rupture strength.
Monel Forged fittings: Monel forged fittings are highly resistant to alkalis. These forged fittings are stronger than steel and are highly corrosion resistant. Monel forged fittings are used in industries where resistance to acid such as hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid is required.
Hastelloy forged fittings: Hastelloy forged fittings have excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance. These fittings are highly used in industries where resistance from uniform attack and localized corrosion resistance is required. These fittings can be easily welded and fabricated.
Nickel Forged fittings: These forged fittings are resistant to various reducing chemicals and dry fluorine. Nickel forged fittings have good thermal, electrical and magnetostrictive properties. It is also resistant to distilled and natural water.
